You are an Avoider.

If you were to pick one word to describe an avoider, it would be precision.

Avoiders tend to be very sensitive to sensory input. They quickly become very uncomfortable if they have to deal with too much sensory stimuli, so they tend to be very good at creating an environment that suits their needs. This doesn’t always make them terribly popular with friends, colleagues or loved ones.

Your sensory type can vary from sense to sense, so your quiz result gives a very basic, overall idea of your strongest type. If the result is a surprise, this is probably why.

Having a basic understanding of your strongest type will give you a glimpse into your own unique sensory way of being in the world, and give you a base from which to explore the ways the other types might show up for you.

Knowing your sensory type can help you to know yourself better; show you the reasons why you might struggle with things others take for granted; and can ultimately lead to improved self acceptance, and the confidence to play to your strengths.

If you’d like to learn more about what it means to be an avoider; what your strengths and weaknesses are; how your sensory type can impact relationships; and how to discover more about your unique sensory connections, you’ll want to download the report that will be in your results email.
